Our Performance and Development function is strategically aligned to the needs of the business and we focus heavily on partnering with our teams to support success. We are moving towards a more agile, performance enablement model of development that will see us prioritise a self-directed performance mindset among our teams so that ownership of development sits with them. This enables our Performance Development team to create cutting edge and innovative ways to support and enhance their workplace experience while driving performance across the business.

This will include development that supports and challenges both our top talent and under performers and a keen focus on people management and leadership, helping our people become more effective leaders.
Please note, this role is remote with occasional travel to our stores and other locations including quarterly visits to our Cornwall head office.
