Seasalt is a modern Cornish company with an ambitious vision and over 900 employees nationwide. The People team are responsible for all HR related activities at Seasalt including employee relations, reward, payroll, recruitment, learning and development and onboarding. As a Payroll Administrator you will assist with the maintenance of all Payroll functions, handling administration tasks as required.

The skills you’ll be sharing with the team;
With prior experience in a payroll adminstrative role, an understanding of statutory payments and HR/Payroll systems, you’ll be highly numerate with an excellent attention to detail. An analytical mind and good organisational skills are key, as is the ability to work to deadlines.
You’ll also be great with people, a team player willing to be flexible and develop. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also essential in order to provide a great service to our people. Experience using iTrent would be highly advantageous.
