As our Distribution Centre Operations Manager your role will be to ensure that all picking, shipping and returns operations are carried out in line with customer and business expectations, in a safe and efficient manner. A true people person, you'll develop high performing teams in line with our company values and policies with an aim to engage, motivate and train our people so we may delight our customers through delivering excellence.

With previous experience leading a team in a distribution centre/ warehouse environment, you'll be confident managing and developing others plus have knowledge of employment law and people related processes, such as disciplinary and capability reviews. Approachable and open with excellent communication skills, you'll be professional and discreet at all times.
You'll also be a meticulous planner with great attention to detail and organisation skills, able to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
