The skills you’ll be sharing with the team;
A storyteller with experience of using internal communication to enhance employee engagement, promote business values and its employer brand, you’ll be able to translate organisation strategy for the wider business. A creative and articulate copywriter, your attention to detail and proofreading skills will be second to none. Experience of event management and building collaborative relationships at all levels will also be key.
With a head for research and analysis too, preferably with experience of using business and people data to define plans, you’ll be able to interpret the insights behind the numbers. Experience within a similar sized retail organisation would be a plus, as would knowledge of employee survey systems.
