At Seasalt, our customers truly are right at the heart of everything we do. As a Customer Service Advisor based in our Falmouth shop you will support both our busy Customer Services Department and the store team to deliver above and beyond customer service that consistently exceeds customer expectations.
A Seasalt ambassador, your primary focus will be to resolve customer queries over the phone and written communications over multiple channels (e-mails / social media etc.). Your secondary focus will be in person, in store, maximising sales opportunities and providing an outstanding service in line with our values.
In this exciting dual role, with priority on Customer Services support, you’ll demonstrate an excellent understanding of our products, promotions, technology platforms and procedures.
You’ll also have a great understanding of retail shop floor and back of house processes to be able to resolve customer queries as well as assisting on the shop floor, sometimes working directly with customers.
Please note the hours for the role are 40 hours per week over 5 days, shifts will fall between Monday – Sunday 9am – 6pm, on a rota basis.

It’s essential that you’ve had previous experience in a contact centre but you will also have an interest in retail, with the ability and passion to deliver an excellent customer service whether over the phone, online or in person. You must be committed and enthusiastic, able to maintain knowledge of our products, maximise sales opportunities and share your love of the Seasalt brand. You should have high emotional intelligence and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
With a flexible attitude to your working pattern and duties, you’ll also be able to multitask, think on your feet, be proactive and be quick to learn new systems and complex processes. An excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills will be key.
