As a Technical Support Coordinator, you’ll act as a point of contact for the Service Desk team, supporting in delivering high-quality support to our employees with IT issues within specified SLA’s.
Working with the, Service Delivery team and wider business, you’ll help to achieve department and company objectives in line with our business vision. You’ll also liaise with 3rd party service providers to escalate issues and request information and updates.
This is a fantastic opportunity if you’re tech-savvy with great organisational and problem solving skills, and looking to broaden your skills and experience in a local Cornish company.
Please note this role is primarily based in one of our head office locations (Falmouth or Redruth) with occasional remote working.
You’ll help us by;

You’ll be eager to learn and able to remain calm while working under pressure and multitasking. You’ll be a great team player and able to communicate in a professional manner, as well as being flexible to work out of hours if required.
You’ll have an English and Maths GCSE, and an A-level (or equivalent) in a relevant subject (Computing/IT/Business Administration) is desirable, but not essential.
